LA BREA TOBACCO

Owner likes to play games and offer discounts to add to the bill and by the time you tabulaye the bill he adds up the full price plus extra rather than giving discounts., relying on ambiguity, then will argue with customers until they pay full price plus or leave. Purchased before but product is weak and diluted. Carries flavored vape fluid, not legal in California. Not worth the hassle.
